Who are we?
Here at uBanana we do things slowly and simply. Slow processes, simple ingredients – to produce these too-good-to-be-true chewy banana bites.
Caramelization and natural oxidation mean they end up beautifully golden brown.
Upcycled!
We use bananas that are too small, too ripe, or too ugly for market, thereby giving them a second chance to shine. This reduces food waste and helps farmers do what they do best.
