Booking Policy
Pre-Booking & Notice
- Pre-booking is required.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all bookings.
- Bookings are available Monday–Thursday. For bookings outside these days, please call us in addition to completing the booking form.
- Please consider our notice period and booking window when scheduling weekend or early-week bookings.
Guests & Dietary Requirements
- Additional guests will be charged the full package price.
- Dietary restrictions must be declared at the time of booking.
- Sweet and savoury items may vary based on seasonal availability.
Venue Restrictions
- Due to space limitations, indoor parties larger than 25 guests cannot be accommodated in case of bad weather.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Unpaid bookings will be considered cancelled.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will forfeit the full payment.
- This policy covers costs such as special orders, food preparation, labour, and administrative expenses.
