Description
Place on greased oven-tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle some salt and place a twig of rosemary on top.
Roast at 180 deg until caramellised
Stir once or twice at the beginning of your cooking process to prevent veg from sticking.
